Born and raised in Indiana, Chuck lived for 23 years in Southern California, where he worked in the motion picture industry. In 1998, Chuck and his wife, Pam, moved to Scottsdale to raise their two sons. As empty-nesters, they moved to Victory at Verrado five years ago. In Chuck's spare time, he can be found attending car shows with his 1956 Chevy.
Originally from Los Angeles, Pam appreciates the beauty of the Sonoran Desert, the accessibility to year-round activities, and the quality of life here in Arizona. As Verrado residents, Chuck and Pam enjoy all the community events, charming architecture, gorgeous trails, and friendly people. As a realtor, she has worked as a real estate office manager and has been part of significant real estate teams as a property marketing and client services expert. When not working, she enjoys the arts and the outdoors. Once an avid camper, she loves hiking and just generally enjoying nature. Though she hasn’t done much artwork since she was a young person, Pam is once again taking art classes in Victory at Verrado. Her favorite thing, though, is spending time with her sons and traveling.
Madison grew up in Cave Creek, Arizona. She is a big supporter Arizona sports, and her favorite team is the Diamondbacks. She enjoys traveling to new destinations with her family, and she and her husband have four amazing kids. Madison’s background in the hospitality industry makes her an excellent communicator with knack for multitasking. As a licensed Realtor, she understands what is needed to be compliant and maintains transaction timelines to keep all parties informed throughout every transaction, while keeping all documentation organized behind the scenes.

Kendrick is from Bloomington, Indiana, and recent graduate from Indiana University. He has always aspired to provide the most timely and innovative work in any role he has taken on. Having found himself as a leader at various times, Kendrick has learned how to handle empowerment within the business environment. During the summer of 2019 Kendrick worked as an intern for Disney Premier Properties.
As the new Marketing Coordinator, Kendrick brings a depth of experience in digital marketing and managing various marketing campaigns for tech-startups to real estate companies. More importantly, the ever-changing world of real estate requires new ideas and state-of-the-art tools and skillsets to navigate the future of what home buying and selling is becoming.
Erin moved to Arizona from Vail, CO where she raised her children, sold real estate with her husband Doug, and owned/operated a retail store. During those years, she refined her staging expertise by helping her clients declutter and stage their homes for sale, and helped her customers decorate their new homes after they purchased! Erin really goes above and beyond by presenting creative solutions and being extremely customer service driven.
